  • Scope of Work: Transforming existing Blood Labs into hybrid office space environment hosting multiple UHN departments.

University Health Network – The Princess Margaret Cancer Centre Lodge Renovations

  • Contract Type: Design & Build Contractor
  • Scope of Work: Diligent Construction engaged a team of reputable competent team of consultants and subcontractors for the complete renovation of this facility including all suites and common areas. This included optimizing the existing layouts to increase the bed capacity to cope with increasing patients demand. Diligent team conducted a detailed investigation & building conditions assessment that evolved into a redesign of the majority of the Mechanical and Electrical infrastructure that are required to create a safe, and controlled environment to Cancer Patients receiving treatment at PMCC. The scope also included replacing and upgrading all exterior windows and curtain wall systems in addition to the roofing of the building.

Durham College (A Wing Level 3) Interior Renovations

  • Contract Type: General Contractor
  • Scope of Work: Renovation of A-Wing Level 3 areas in coordination with staff and students’ requirements.

University of Toronto Libraries - Downsview High Density Storage Expansion 2

  • Contract Type: Design & Build Contractor
  • Scope of Work: Diligent Construction engaged and spearheaded the design and build of a new building that represents a second expansion to the library storage facilities located at UofT Downsview campus. This project included a multidisciplinary team of competent consultants, specialist, and subcontractors.

University of Toronto (U of T) - SRIC Level 09 Landlord Work

  • Contract Type: General Contractor
  • Scope of Work: Interior renovations for landlord work on level 09 of the U of T SRIC building.

SickKids - Atrium P1 P2 & Service Level AHU Equipment

  • Contract Type: General Contractor
  • Scope of Work: Supply and delivery of the scheduled, modular, and custom air handling units.

Guelph General Hospital (GGH) - 2nd Floor Renovation

  • Contract Type: General Contractor
  • Scope of Work: Complete interior renovations and exterior glazing replacement on the 2nd Floor of the GGH building.

Region of Peel – Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program Clinic (OSDCP)

  • Contract Type: Design & Build Contractor
  • Scope of Work: A turnkey solution to provide a fully equipped five operatory dental clinic, including design, construction, supply & installation of equipment, testing, and commissioning of comprehensive dentalcare for low-income seniors under the OSDCP.
