The Works involved three Major Hospitals / Rehabilitation Centres at Close Time Proximities.
Management & Coordination Between All Parties.
Follow IPAC Requirements.
Controlled Demolitions of Damaged Materials (Hoardings).
Mould Remediation in collaboration with Specialist Subcontractor.
New Drywall Walls, Ceilings , T-bar Ceiling Tiles , Millwork & Flooring.
Controlled Environment (Negative Pressure)
Air Purification & Dust Control with the aid of Hepa Equipment.
Waste Disposal as per Code Requirements.
